Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm (/cɪx/ /mɪm/ [navy blue] [backpack]) is a subtropical Town located in the Wozqoěs District of the Federation of Alveria.

The name Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm is derived from the Constructi language, as Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm was founded by Db-40w 'Fagor' Brepí Shênmê, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm has a yearly average temperature of 18°C (64°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 10°C (50°F). Overview

Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm was founded durring the early 14th century in fall of the year 1330, by Db-40w 'Fagor' Brepí Shênmê. The establishment of Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm is buildings are arranged within a network of broad cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The town's budget focused millitary grade defenses are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Right off the bat Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. Precisely how it has gained its wealth is a mystery. Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Civic Infrastructure

Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm's parks.

Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm.

Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes

The law within Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm is highly corrupt, or does not apply to certain favored groups or castes. Strangers might be fleeced by local lawmen, evildoers can be absolved by a payment, and powerful gentry do as they please.

Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm was attacked by members of a peasant revolt. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm lost 251 people, 309 livestock, and 38 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 61, when members of Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm's militia enacted an operation to secure a particular mine to utilize it for a specific task. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in a stalemate for Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Fìkh Chyǐkh Mǐm's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
